Pacwa cites 1 Corinthians, the only Epistle in which St. Paul addressed the Eucharist, and by relating it to other Eucharistic passages in the Bible, shows that when St. Paul speaks of the "breaking of the bread", he is referring to the Holy Eucharist, to the Mass itself.
